The way you are in therapy is a microcosm of how you relate in the outside world. My role is to help you identify patterns in your communication style, conflict resolution, relationships, job difficulties, etc. that are contributing to your unique challenges. After identifying these patterns, we can begin to do the work necessary to promote positive change. In time, you will be able to better share your thoughts and feelings with the people in your life, without fear of animosity or reprisals.
